Other construction materials surround the site. This wall is part of an arch on the former site of the Bloomington High School/Central Junior High school building that burned in 1967. This wall is located on the western part of the property. Visible in the background are the intersection of South College Avenue and Second Street, the building that is currently (2010) Cindy Vlasman State Farm Agency 444 South College Avenue (originally a gas station), and the building that is currently Second Street Antique Mall 222 West Second Street.
Stamped on the back in green is "SEP 10 1996" it is printed on Olympic themed Kodak paper.
