Description |
Black and white negative of West side of the Bloomington Public square, 5"x4", circa 1920. Landscape orientation. The negative has a clear band on the right side, and a black frame around the image. In the black area on the bottom, 'BLOOMINGTON - West & North WAY BACK WHEN' is written (in the negative). In the image, there is a wide street to the right of center. On the right side of that street is a row of automobiles, and on the left side is a row of horses and buggies. To the right of the automobiles is a row of buildings, and to the left is a grassy square with sidewalks crossing through it. There are more buildings behind the center square, and there are a number of people walking around. |
